Course Breakdown
The PADI® Rescue Diver course includes three main phases:
- Knowledge Development self-paced online prior to in-water training.
- Confined Water Dives on DAY 1(in a pool or pool-like environment) to build core rescue skills
- Open Water Dives on DAY 2-3 to apply what you’ve learned in the ocean

Time Commitment
- eLearning: Approx. 8–12 hours
- In-water training: Typically completed in 4 days, depending on your pace and our availability
